1. General Conditions
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products made by BAGGICASE.

Orders placed with BAGGICASE imply the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the BAGGICASE conditions of purchase in force on the day on which the order is placed. In addition, the client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except in those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by BAGGICASE.
The fact that BAGGICASE does not resort at any given time to any of the present conditions can not be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to waiving recourse to them in the future or in the past.
2. Prices
The prices published on the website are in Euros or relevant local currency. All prices carry VAT included at the applicable rate on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of the products on sale on the website.
The offers on products for sale on the web will be shown in the “Outlet” section or they will be shown on the product page. Offers will be valid as long as they are shown on the screen or, as the case may be, until the end date of the offer shown on the website.
3. Payment method
We accept the following payment types on our site:
Visa, Mastercard and American Express banking cards via the Stripe payment gateway.
4. Product
The products offered by BAGGICASE are subject to available stock. BAGGICASE reserves the right to modify the product offering.
5. Shipments
5.1. BAGGICASE offeres two delivery methods Free and Standard.
All Baggicase phone cases include free shipping. For other product please refer to the information below.
Orders placed before 10:00 Madrid time (CET) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day provided they are in stock. Orders placed after 10:00 will be dispatched the next working day.

All shipping will be paid by the customer along with the amount of the purchase.
5.3. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and at the address indicated on the order.
5.4. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer when registering on the website or when placing the order.
5.5. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
5.6. An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.
6. Shipping and delivery times
Delivery is by courier service arranged by BAGGICASE. The customer will be provided with a tracking number to track delivery online.
7. Return and cancellation policies
7.1 Return of products
*We will be happy to refund the value of an item that is returned up to 14 days from the date you received your original purchase. However, the original postage and packing paid cannot be refunded.
* Personalized products with name and / or flag through the “CUSTOM LIKE A PRO” section cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning your parcel to Baggicase. Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition including the original packaging.
Baggicase cannot be responsible for returned parcels that fail to arrive. We recommend that items are sent using a ‘signed-for’ courier service and insured to the correct value.
7.2 How to return an item

7.3 Shipping costs and returns
Once the merchandise has been received and it has been verified that it is in perfect condition, the purchase amount will be refunded under the terms established in the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) in the form of payment chosen by the customer for the purchase.
7.4 Cancellation of orders
If the cancellation of the order is made before goods are shipped no cost will be incured. Cancellations made after dispatch will be governed by the provisions for returns.
8. Guarantee
According to the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) the products have a legal guarantee of 2 years from their delivery date.
The consumer must inform BAGGICASE of the lack of conformity of the product within a period of two months of becoming aware of it.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misue or ordinary wear and tear of the product.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts in respect of any matter arising hereunder.
